Personal Chef Services

Putting the personal in personal chef is The Culinary Dude's focus. We realize that every person or household has different dietary needs, allergies and food preferences. Because of this, we will compose a personalized menu just for you. From vegetarian to carnivore, special diets to the use of Organic Foods, most menus include entrees with a protein, vegetable and a starch (vegetable salad, fruit salad, snacks and desserts upon request). Service can be daily, weekly or bi monthly, based on your needs. All meals are prepared fresh, from scratch in your own kitchen, stored and labeled in dishwasher safe, re-useable, Tupperware containers that you supply (we can purchase them if you would like). Prices for Personal Chef Services are based on $30 per hour for services, including 2 hours for menu planning and shopping, plus the cost of groceries. On average, the amount of time to prepare four portions of two different complete entrees, including salads, snacks and desserts is about 7 hours (this will vary based on seasonality of food and entree choices).

Meal Delivery Service

This service offers the same options as the personal chef services, but rather than the meals being prepared in your home, they are prepared in our kitchen. The meals are stored and labeled in dishwasher safe re-useable, Tupperware containers and delivered to your home the same day they are prepared. All meals are prepared fresh, from scratch and are good for up to 7 days, seafood entrees 3-4 days. All we ask is that you wash the used Tupperware prior to pick up. See Sample Menus.
