Everything you made was delicious--particularly that wonderful salad and the chicken pesto sandwiches for lunch and the amazing lamb chops and mushroom pasta for dinner on Saturday night--but it was the way you came into the kitchen and found equipment and made things happen in a totally self-sufficient way that made me realize what a professional you are. I don't know how you managed to grill all those lovely lamb chops in the rain and the dark, but they were fabulous. I was looking around for summer camps for my 8 year old nephew, and tried
out a week of ITK's cooking camp for kids. My nephew absolutely LOVED the
classes and wants to sign up more--each day focused on food from France, Italy,
Spain and the Middle East. The Culinary Dude is great with the kids.
The kids' classes on Sundays look interesting too and I definitely plan
to bring my nephew back to ITK. Just a suggestion, but if Halloween,

we had 12 people which was perfect as far as working space in the kitchen etc. The chef, Scott, was incredible at multi-tasking and making sure people felt at ease working on their dish. And if people wanted to just watch and talk, the ITK team stepped in to help complete dishes.
We then all sat down to a great meal. It BYOB too, which made it fun so we could share favorite wines with the meal. We will definitely do it again.
